Payment Method
Sunseaup supports the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Supported credit and debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Other payment methods displayed during checkout, where available
Available payment options may vary by country, currency, device, or order. The payment methods shown during checkout are the methods currently available for your purchase.
PAY WITH PAYPAL
Select PayPal during checkout to complete your payment through PayPal.
Depending on your location and PayPal account, you may be able to pay using:
- Your PayPal balance
- A linked bank account
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Discover
- American Express
You may sign in to an existing PayPal account or use another option offered by PayPal.
PayPal eCheck payments may take 3–5 business days to be confirmed. Your order may not begin processing until payment is confirmed.
PayPal processes your payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
PAY WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
You can pay directly with a supported credit or debit card when that option is available during checkout.
Please make sure that your card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, and telephone number are entered correctly.
Card payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Sunseaup does not store your complete credit or debit card number on its own servers.
PAY WITH APPLE PAY
Apple Pay may be available on supported Apple devices and browsers.
If Apple Pay is available for your order, select the Apple Pay button and follow the instructions displayed on your device. Apple Pay availability is determined by your device, browser, region, card issuer, and Apple Pay settings.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?
A payment may be declined for reasons including:
- Incorrect card or billing information
- Insufficient funds or an exceeded credit limit
- Online or international transactions are disabled
- Additional verification is required
- The card issuer or payment provider identifies the transaction as unusual
- The selected payment method is not supported for the order or region
If your payment is declined:
1.Check that your payment and billing information is correct.
2.Contact your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or Apple Pay-linked card issuer for more information.
3.Try another supported payment method.
If the problem continues, contact support@sunseaup.com. For your security, do not send complete card details by email.
CURRENCY AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Prices may be displayed in different currencies. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or Apple Pay-linked card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or transaction fee.
International orders may also be subject to taxes, duties, or import charges as described in our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Our website uses SSL encryption to help protect information transmitted during checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their security checks, terms, and privacy policies.
