At Sunseaup, we value every customer and work to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible. Delivery times vary by destination. Based on our current estimates, orders to the destinations listed below normally arrive within 18–27 business days after the order is placed.

Fulfillment Center
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in China.
Remote Area Surcharge
A $27.99 USD shipping fee applies to the remote locations listed above. These locations do not qualify for free shipping.
Processing & Delivery Times
All timeframes are estimates and may vary by item availability. Peak seasons, sales, and promotional events may require additional processing time.
Delivery Estimate Exclusions
Estimated delivery dates do not include delays caused by severe weather, natural events, carrier or postal disruptions, customs processing, or APO/FPO shipments handled through the U.S. Military Postal Service.
Tracking
Available tracking information will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking may take time to update.
Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or carrier fees. These charges are set by local authorities or carriers and are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Address Accuracy
Please check your address before ordering. An invalid or incomplete address may cause the package to be returned and delay delivery. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.
Lost in Transit Claims
If tracking shows that a package was lost, contact support@sunseaup.com within 30 days after the expected delivery date. After review, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
